Executive Assistant/Development Coordinator
7 Lakes Alliance, a non-profit organization in Belgrade, Maine seeks an energetic, professional full-time Executive Assistant to provide overall support to the President and Chief Executive Officer, especially in coordinating and supporting development activities. 7 Lakes Alliance’s mission is to conserve the lands and waters of the Belgrade Lakes Region.
Job Responsibilities include:

Coordinate executive communications with staff, partners and the public
-
Assist with scheduling and meetings
-
Prepare and manage documents
-
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
-
Organize and manage events
-
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
-
Maintain strict level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive or Development Assistant

Demonstrated success working closely with senior management
-
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office;

Database management including development databases highly preferred

Able to work independently and in collaborative team settings

Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Effective communication both verbally and in writing

Team player able to foster collaboration among staff and partners

Well-organized, flexible with the ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines

Project management and problem-solving skills
